Saturday
09H30 - Meeting in Albergaria Boavista. Briefing.
09H45 - Delivery of the neoprene sutes to change in nearby dressing-rooms.
10H00 - Departure in Equinócio vans to the Barrage of the Frieira in Spain.
10h20 - Arrival at the Frieira Dam .
Briefing on Security Rules.
Delivery of Helmets, Coletes and Pagaias.
10h45 - Beginning of the Rafting descent.
Resting stop for optional jumps.
14H00 - Arrival at the Peso Fluvial Beach.
End of the Rafting Activity (estimative).
Delivery of the sanck and exchange of clothes.
15h00 - Beginning of the Rope activities: Pendulum and Suspended Rappel.
17H00 - End of the Activity (estimative).
18h00 - Visit to Melgaço cellars - test of Alvarinho Wines.
19h30 - End of the Wine test. Free night, with some suggestions left from the monitors.
Sunday
09H15 - Meeting in the Break-fast Room
09h45 - Visit to the Spa with thermal water test.
10h15 - Departure to the place of the selected activity.
14h00 - End of the program ( Trek , Paintball or Canyoning)
Optional lunch in local regional restaurant.
